With a fantastic business idea and big ambition, but only 67,000 customers, Talk Talk needed to get more customers, quickly.
They appointed Dave to refine the proposition, develop the positioning, create the brand identity and take all this to market. Our brand identity solution was brash and eye-catching, based on the ‘colour of conversation’. We then helped translate the work into high-profile advertising, direct marketing and in-store campaigns.
After initial operational wobbles, Talk Talk has been a runaway success. 92% of Talk Talk customers would recommend the service to a friend and the brand we created was recognised by Carphone Warehouse CEO Charles Dunstone: “Dave gave the Talk Talk brand a major boost, helping it grow from 67,000 customers to 2 million in just one year.”
