Levi Strauss Europe had seen a significant drop in revenue, with profit for 2006 down 50% compared to 1997 figures. The brand had lost its shine and employees had lost their belief.
Dave's role was to re-ignite and re-focus the leadership team and business. We generated focus at board level around the direction of the business and brought this message to all 3,000 Levis Strauss Europe staff through a series of workshops and employee communications.
