Leon is a new concept in healthy fast food.  They needed to convey their wholesome credentials and fun personality but in a way that could be easily and cost-effectively replicated as the business grew.  Dave developed the brand positioning, brand identity and the entire in-store experience – from menus to staff training. The formula is proving successful with Leon now serving up customers from locations across London.
