KITTITIAN HILL
A SUSTAINABLE PROPOSITION FOR A LUXURY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT.
Valmiki Kempadoo wanted to launch a completely new type of holiday resort that went against all the rules. So, in 2006 he hired Dave to help him define the proposition, develop a brand and take the Kittitian Hill story to the world.
In short, our job was to make sure people were able to 'get’ what Kittitian Hill was all about. We started by profiling the target audience – primarily European – to understand their motivations and spending habits. Based in these insights we developed the customer proposition for Kittitian Hill and created a full brand identity system including a full suite of applications. We then rolled-out this work across a range of communication channels including airport advertising, online, brochures, direct mail and subtle in-resort branding.
It's still early days, but interest in the new resort is high.
