BRAND IDENTITY. CREATING CLARITY FROM CHAOS.
With so many offers and products on display, Carphone Warehouse stores had become a riot of messages and merchandise competing for customer attention. This meant customer service – and sales – lost in the battle.
Dave was appointed to create a system that freed-up sales people to do more selling and ‘closing’. We developed a suite of point of sale materials and literature including templates, guidelines and training. In-store graphics provided basic product and tariff information. We created a bespoke photo library and a new visual language to ensure simplicity and consistency with a greater focus on customer relations.
The work provided much-needed clarity and an improved shopping experience for the customer. During pilot stage, stores using this system saw a significant uplift in new contracts.
