Demonstrating a radical new level of service to CIO's

A series of executive level upheavals and the dotcom crash had left Cable & Wireless in tatters, with year-end losses for 2004 reaching £224m.

The management team again called on us to do what we’d done for Energis.

We helped the management team articulate their vision aimed at transforming the customer service experience. We used this to create a new, bolder more confident brand platform and then took this out to customers and employees. Dave also helped transform the way Cable & Wireless communicated to their biggest customers and helped them win multi-million pound contracts.

Our work helped win over £400m of new contracts.  In the 18 months following our appointment their stock price rallied from an underperformer to outperforming the FTSE 100 and the Telecoms sector.
