Car parking is an important and profitable operation for BAA, the UK’s largest airport operator. But they weren’t able to attract enough customers. They asked Dave to help them convince passengers that airport parking was convenient and good value.
Parking is a low-interest category, so we decided to use humour to grab customers’ attention. Addressing the main passenger issue of price, Dave devised a clever communications approach that made airport parking memorable and fun, while informing passengers about price offers.
With significant uplift in sales resulting from the advertising campaign, Dave won an Aerial Award for our radio ads.
